The Hong Kong Jockey Club is committed to promoting sports and football development. To provide high-quality football facilities for the community, The Jockey Club HKFA Football Training Centre (the Centre) was constructed with a donation of HK$221 million from The Hong Kong Jockey Club through its Charities Trust.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club is pleased to support and be sole sponsor of the first Greater Bay Area Built Heritage Summit, which opened at Hong Kong City Hall today (9 November) to promote heritage conservation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).

The world-renowned Hong Kong Sevens, organised by the Hong Kong Rugby Union, concluded this evening (6 November) at Hong Kong Stadium. Congratulations to the participating teams and most especially to the winners of the Cup, Plate, Bowl and Shield competitions.

The Heritage of Mei Ho House museum, established and operated by the Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association, re-opened today (1 November) with the launch of a new exhibition “Memories of Our Days”. Its renovation was facilitated by a donation from The Hong Kong Jockey Club through its Charities Trust, which will also support a series of community outreach activities.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club fully supports the HKSAR Government’s Strive and Rise Programme, which held its kick-off ceremony today (29 October) at the Central Government Offices. A total of 2,800 secondary one to three students from low-income families will participate in the Programme which aims to foster their development. Each student will be paired with a mentor.

The TWGHs “iRun” – The Hong Kong Jockey Club Special Marathon (iRun) took place on the Central and Western District Promenade today (23 October), marking the 11th year The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust has supported the event. Athletes with intellectual disabilities and their pair-up runners joined the fun while promoting social inclusion.

To mark the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and to bring creativity and positivity to the community, The Hong Kong Jockey Club has partnered with renowned artist Simon Ma on a series of Drago Cavallo (DC) activities since this summer. Today (22 October), students with different abilities were invited to express their creativity by colouring DC sculptures at the opening of the Drago Cavallo Gallery at Ocean Park’s Water World, promoting inclusion in the community.

Exclusively sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club, the Hong Kong Masters 2022 gathers top snooker players from around the world and is the largest tournament in its series. The event provides an opportunity for the public to see international snooker superstars and elite Hong Kong players in action while promoting the sport of snooker.

The HKSAR Government has recently launched its Strive and Rise Programme to foster the development of secondary one to three students from underprivileged families, particularly those living in sub-divided units. In support, The Hong Kong Jockey Club is pleased to announce today (5 October) an approved donation of HK$10 million through its Charities Trust to the Strive and Rise Programme.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club announced today (29 September) the launch of the “Jockey Club Long COVID Rehabilitation Programme” with an approved donation of over HK$100 million from its Charities Trust.
