Go Racing at Sha Tin Racecourse

Home to 12 Group 1 races, Sha Tin Racecourse is mainly used for day races during weekends and holidays.

Gates open: 10:30 am (Races start at 12:15 pm)

If there are more than ten races during the day or more than eight races during the night, the opening time will be brought forward accordingly.

Go Racing at Happy Valley Racecourse

Nothing beats the excitement of mid-week racing under the lights at Happy Valley. Happy Valley Racecourse is mainly open for night races on Wednesday.

Gates open: 5:15 pm (Races start at 7:15 pm)

If there are more than ten races during the day or more than eight races during the night, the opening time will be brought forward accordingly.

Transportation information
  Racecourse Station (race days only) or Fo Tan Station, Exit C on MTR East Rail Line.
     
  New Territories taxi (green color) or urban taxi (red color) drop-off points:
  • Public Admission Gate (near Entrance 1)
  • Public Stand (near Entrance 7)
  • Members Main Entrance (for members and their guests only)
