The Club regularly supports equine veterinary training initiatives organised by China Agricultural University, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and South China Agricultural University.

Since 2018, the Club has supported the Guangdong Equestrian Association Veterinary Training Workshop at South China Agricultural University. This is part of a Club-supported programme on equestrian technical development, jointly organised with the Guangdong Equestrian Association.

In April 2018, the 15th World Equine Veterinary Association (“WEVA”) Congress was held in Beijing, the first time China has hosted the conference. Jointly organised by the China Horse Industry Association and WEVA, the conference was made possible through Club support. As the world’s most authoritative equine veterinary conference, it provided a unique opportunity to update equine professionals throughout China on the latest trends and techniques in horse care.
