All races will be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Racing and Hong Kong’s well established racing protocols except that no wagering will be offered. To ensure that the event runs smoothly, a cross-departmental dress rehearsal with five barrier trials was held on 23 February with the participation of 32 horses and ten jockeys, including star riders like Zac Purton and Joao Moreira.
