An "Equestrian Spring Carnival" was held over the Easter holiday by The Hong Kong Equestrian Federation on Happy Valley Recreation Ground (Football Pitch No. 4 and Rugby Pitch No. 8) to promote equestrian sports. The Club gave its full support and helped make the event a colourful one, providing a great family fun day for the public.
The Club's Equestrian Ambassador greeted his fans, posing for photos with them and handing out gifts. Highlights of the events included an equestrian sports exhibition; equestrian game booths; photo-taking with the Club's Shetland ponies; a bouncy castle, clowns and balloons; a horse and dog show; and an equestrian events demonstration.
